Quarterly Plenary Meetings

Full committees convene quarterly, alternating between Australia and Saudi Arabia. Strategic direction is set and opportunities tabled.

Monthly Working Groups

Sub-groups focused on specific projects or transactions meet monthly by videoconference. Active deals are progressed and introductions made.

Annual Trade Mission

Each committee leads one formal bilateral trade mission per year, coordinated with Austrade and MISA, with government meetings and matchmaking.

Quarterly Board Reports

Sectoral Committees are open to eligible ASBC/F members, industry professionals, corporate representatives, government stakeholders, and recognised experts who have relevant experience or an interest in supporting Australia–Saudi business collaboration.

While committee participation is primarily available to ASBC/F members, selected industry experts or strategic partners may be invited to contribute where appropriate. Membership provides the greatest access to committee activities and networking opportunities.
